১। উপজেলার কোন  দপ্তরে এ  বিষয়ে  অভিযোগ করতে হয় তা অনেকে জানে না।

২। কি ভাবে ও কি বিষয়ে অভিযোগ করতে হয় তা অনেকে জানে না।

৩। প্রকাশ্যে অভিযোগে  পারিবারিক তথ্য প্রকাশ/ সম্মানহানী হবে  এই ভ্রান্ত ধারণা।

৪।জনগণকে  ইউনিয়ন চেয়ারম্যান ও সদস্যগণ (ইউনিয়ন কমিটি) তথ্য অবহিত করেন না।

৫। উপজেলা পযার্য়ে শুধুমাত্র  আপোষ মীমাংসা হয় বলে প্রকৃত প্রতিকার পায় না।

৬। নিরাপত্তামূলক ব্যবস্থা নাই।

৭। উপজেলা  কমিটিতে প্রতিকার না পেলে পরবর্তী আইনগত সহযোগিতার ব্যবস্থা নাই।

৮। তালাক / বিবাহ বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রকৃত প্রতিকার পায় না। ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের শালিশে ব্যবস্থা  ভিকটিম মেনে নিতে বাধ্য হয়।

৯। শারীরিকভাবে আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত ভিকটিম কোন প্রকার সাহায্য পায় না। যেমন  চিৎকিসা, নিরাপত্তার সুযোগ পায় না।

১০। ইভটিজিং জাতীয় সমস্যায় কোন নিরাপত্তা দেওয়া যায় না।

১। প্রশিক্ষণের ট্রেড/বিষয়ের ভিন্নতা কম।

২। প্রশিক্ষণের সময় দীর্ঘ  (বার মাস) হওয়ায় আগ্রহ হারায়।

৩। দক্ষ প্রশিক্ষকের অভাবে  খুব ভাল ফল পাওয়া যায় না।

৪। প্রশিক্ষণ ভাতা অত্যন্ত কম।

৫। আসন সংখ্যা সীমিত (৩০ জন) কম হওয়ায় কারণে আগ্রহীরা শিক্ষার সুযোগ হারায়।

৬। প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ নাই।

৭। প্রয়োজনীয় সরঞ্জামের অভাব।

৮। স্থানীয় চাহিদার দিকে দৃষ্টি রেখে প্রশিক্ষণ  দেয়া হয় না।

৮। প্রশিক্ষণ কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ না থাকায় অনেকে আগ্রহী হয় না।

৯। প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে ব্যবসার ধারণা না থাকায় অনেকে ব্যবসায় নিয়োজিত হতে পারে না।

১০। প্রশিক্ষকদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের জন্য কোন ব্যবস্থা নাই।

১১। প্রশিক্ষণের সময় ৯-৫ হওয়ায়  দীর্ঘ সময় উপস্থিত থাকতে চায় না।
